My mom told me to try making choux pastry as i asked her what to bake. then, i looked for a choux pastry recipe and i found a japanese choux pastry recipe, the only different is that japanese choux pastry has topping on top of it. so, i just followed the instruction mentioned on the recipe (i modified some of the ingredients though) and here are my first Japanese choux

i was so happy that i made the choux successfully. my mom said that she prefer my choux pastry over the one from the bakery near my house.
